Privacy Policy

At Mountain Adventures, I take your privacy seriously — mostly because I don’t have the time, interest, or reason to mess around with your data.

If you reach out through a contact form, sign up for a trip, or join a newsletter list, I collect basic personal information — usually your name, email address, and whatever details you choose to provide.

I also use basic website analytics (like Google Analytics) to understand how people use the site — things like which pages get visited or what devices people are using. None of that data is personally identifiable.

I use this information to:

  • Communicate with you about trips, courses, or updates you’ve asked for
  • Send occasional newsletters or trip announcements (only if you’ve opted in)
  • Run the logistics and business side of guiding responsibly

I do not sell or share your information with anyone else. Ever.

If you book a trip online, your payment is processed securely through third-party services like Stripe or Wise. I never see or store your credit card information.

Some pages may include content from third-party platforms — like Instagram posts, embedded maps, or YouTube videos. These services may collect basic usage data (like your IP address) when you interact with that content. I don’t control what they collect, but I try to keep things minimal and respectful.

Like most websites, this one uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser if you’d rather not use them.

If you’d like to know what information I have about you — or if you want it deleted — just send me an email. I’ll take care of it, no hassle.
