Payment

Before making any payments, all participants are required to read and agree to our Waiver and Cancellation Policy as well as fill out our Participation Agreement. These documents ensure that you fully understand the terms and conditions of your trip, as well as the associated risks of the trip you are signing up for.

For Canadian customers, the most convenient payment method is via e-transfer. We also accept bank transfers for those who prefer this option.

For our international customers, we offer two payment options:

Wise.com Payment Link: You will receive a secure payment link through Wise.com, allowing you to pay in your local currency, if available.

Bank Transfer: We also accept bank transfers, which can be made in your local currency if available. Details for this option will be provided on your invoice.

Once you sign up for a trip and have completed all the necessary documentation, we will send you an invoice with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your payment. This invoice will include the option to pay either the deposit or the full payment for your trip.

Please note that your booking is not final until full payment has been received. Without this payment, your spot on the trip cannot be confirmed.
